She was a very dedicated faithful member of the Wdsk Baptist church and Helen Good Mission Circle, where she was part of the weekly quilting group at the church. She loved to knit and crochet many gifts for her family. She loved to shop for clothes and knew how to recycle before any one heard of it. She was a meticulous house keeper and spent many hours of enjoyment tending to her flower gardens. In earlier years, she and Leighton enjoyed camping trips and trips to Florida. The last two years she kept a positive attitude even though her health was declining. Her memory was sharp and she was very capable of looking after her affairs to the end. The family would like, on her behalf, to extend their appreciation to the dedicated Extra Mural and Pulmonary workers as well as Dr. McLaughlin, nurses and doctors at the Waterville hospital, her neighbors Carol and Vaughn Graham, Madeline and Mack McGann, Phyllis and Clare Wilson, Donald Cluff, Keith and Jane Bull and many others, who have made it possible for Margaret to continue to stay in her own home. She never failed to mention your visits, your thoughtfulness and the good food you brought in to her, as well as the snow plowing.
