Deyarmond, Myrna Rosalie – East Stewiacke

Deyarmond, Myrna Rosalie – Age 74, East Stewiacke, passed away July 23, 2014 in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro.

Born in Glenbervie, Colchester Co., she was a daughter of the late Douglas and Lillian (Purdy) Graham. Myrna was a loyal canvasser for the Canadian Cancer Society, collecting for almost 60 years. She was a strong supporter of Sharon United Church and could always be depended upon to help with any of the church functions.

Surviving are her husband, Richard “Dick”; son, Douglas (Sheila); grandson, Justin; several nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be Sunday from 6-8 p.m., and funeral service will be Monday at 2 p.m., both in Sharon United Church, East Stewiacke, Rev. David LeBlanc officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Upper Stewiacke. Memorial donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society or Sharon United Church general fund.
