DOUCET, BARBARA - Barbara Gail Doucet passed away on July 26, 2014, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, on June 21, 1945, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Audrey (Hamilton) Davidson. Barbara is survived by her husband, Harvey Doucet; sons, Derek Keith (Katherine), Edmonton, Alberta; Ryan Burgess, Saint John; daughter Dana Keith, Saint John; step-son, Michael Doucet (Tanya), Sussex; step-daughters Tricia Doucet (Ken), Stoney Creek; Michelle Doucet (David); Saint John, sister, Sandra Frees (Max), Grand-Bay; brother Tom Davidson (Sharon), Saint John; mother-in-law Stella Doucet, Saint John, sister-in-law, Brenda Burke (David), Halifax, NS, 11 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visiting on Thursday, July 31, 2014 from 2 to 8 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 1, 2014 at 2:00 pm from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Parkinson Society, would be appreciated by the family.
