A memorial service will be held for Edna at Our Lady of Lourdes Church Thursday, August 14th from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. This will be followed by a funeral Mass Friday morning, August 15th at 10:00 am followed by the burial of her ashes. Edna left Newfoundland in 1965 shortly after she married an American Air Force airman, Ken Urbania, and lived for the rest of her life in Cleveland, Ohio. Ken and Edna raised four boys, Dennis, Danny, Ken Jr., and Michael. These four boys are now all in their forties and still residing in the Cleveland area. Edna, who had many siblings, was the daughter of Michael Flynn and Margaret (née Gallant). Edna had many relatives in the Lourdes/ West Bay/ Bay St. George areas. She will be sadly missed and forever in our hearts.
