The death occurred at Guelph, Ontario, on Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010, of C/Supt. Louis G. Pantry (Rtd) of Charlottetown, age 83 years. Former CO “L” Division RCMP.
Husband of Betty Lou Clark and the late Jean (nee Jarvis) Pantry. Father of Louis G. (Jr.), Pamela (Bob) Jewell and Catherine Pantry. Stepfather of Beth (Steve) Dewsberry, John L. (Fernanda) and Paul (Mary) Clark. Grandfather of Erica, Erin, Emilie Jewell and Bryce and Nea Pantry. Predeceased by sister, Hilary Barritt; and brothers, Charles and Gary Pantry. Survived by his sisters–in-law, Olive Pantry and Jean Pare; and brother-in-law, John Barritt.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Tuesday from St. Paul’s Anglican Church at 10 a.m. Interment in Sherwood Cemetery.
