Born in Burlington on October 20, 1917 daughter of the late William and Mary Elizabeth (Millman) Profitt. Wife of the late of Robert E. Stavert. Mother of Lois (Wallace) MacLeod, Kensington; Bloyce (Sandra) Windsor, Ontario and Donald (Judy) Stavert, Burlington. Grandmother to 9 grandchildren and 22 great- grandchildren. Sister-in-law of Elva Profitt, Helen Stavert and Clayton Stavert. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by grandson Allan Stavert, brothers William John, Oliver, Halsey, Herbert, Ernest, Walter, Arthur and James Andrew Profitt in infancy, sisters Ruby Bernard and Kathleen Bowes. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Friday from 1 - 2:45 p.m., followed by funeral in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 3 p.m. Interment in People's Cemetery Kensington.
