LEBLANC, EMELIE - 1954 - 2014 - Emelie LeBlanc, 60, of Kenneth E Spencer Memorial Home Inc., Moncton and formerly of Saint-Antoine, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at the residence on Friday, August 15th, 2014. She was married to Roger LeBlanc of Saint-Antoine. Born in Saint-Norbert, she was the daughter of the late Eric and the late Diana (Thibodeau) Maillet. Incredibly strong willed and wholeheartedly devoted to her family, Emelie was a woman who's generosity and selflessness knew no boundaries. She enjoyed the outdoors, dancing, cooking, listening to music, but most of all spending time with her loved ones, especially her loving husband of nearly 40 years. Their love for one another is heartwarming and inspiring. She will be deeply missed by her husband Roger, her two children; Jolaine Dunsing (Greg) of Moncton and Sylvio (Rachelle) of Bouctouche and her four grandchildren; Jenessa, Emelie, Reese and Alex. She also leaves to mourn her eleven siblings; Marie-Anne Richard (Fernand), Cecile LeBlanc (Alain), Dorilla LeBlanc (Maurice) of Saint-Antoine, Lucille Robichaud (Maurice) of Edmonton, AB, Yolande Maillet of Moncton, Jeannita Richard (Daniel) of Grande-Digue, Jacinthe Cormier (Charles) of Cape-Pele, Pierre (Joanne), Joseph, Gerard of Saint-Norbert and Robert of Quebec, and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by one sister Marguerite.
Visitations will be held at the Saint-Antoine l’Ermite Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Saint-Antoine on Tuesday, August 19th, 2014 from 2 to 3:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Antoine Church on Tuesday August 19th, 2014 at 4:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery. In Emelie’s memory donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society. Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral Home, Bouctouche. www.mailletfuneralhome.ca
