It is with great sadness the family of (Bert) J. B. Pye announces his sudden passing on August 18, 2014, age 82 years. Predeceased by his wife Joan; parents: Jack and Lela Pye and brother, John. Left with fond memories are his son Owen (Sharon); daughters: Debbie (Ben), Arlene and Lisa (Glen); grandchildren: Michael (Ashley), Leanne (Ante), Emma (Roger), Samantha, Renee and Taylor (Mark); sisters: Helen (Ed O'Brien), Elva (Bud Parsons), Nona (Ron Norton),Verna Greening, Margie (Bill Jeans) and Yvonne (Alex Noseworthy); sister-in-law Lynn Pye; brothers: Cyril (Doris), Reg (Betty) and Paul (Nellie); as well a large circle of family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday. Funeral service to take place on Friday, August 22, 2014 at 11 a.m. from the Carnell Memorial Chapel.
