Passed away peacefully on Monday, August 18, 2014, surrounded by her family. Irene leaves to mourn her children: Richard, Karen, Rodney, Krista, Evelyn, Ann Marie; their spouses and 10 amazing grandchildren. Irene's last few years were busy with volunteering, traveling and most importantly family. Irene was predeceased by her husband of 49 years John, her parents William and Violet and brother Bernard. She is survived by two sisters Elizabeth and Marie. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, August 22, 2014 at St. Luke's Catholic Church, 20285 Dewdney Trunk Road, Maple Ridge, BC.
