Greeno, Gordon Dale – 71, of Union Corner, N.S., passed away on September 12, 2014 at the Hants Community Hospital, Windsor, NS. Born in Windsor on February 20, 1943, he was a son of the late Lewis and Clara (Flynn) Greeno. Gordon worked for the Department of Highways, and was renowned in the community for his skill and attention to detail in the upholstery business, which he ran for almost 30 years. He was a wonderful husband and loving son, brother, father and grandfather, who cherished his family. Gordon is survived by his wife of forty-two years, Connie (Smith) Greeno; his daughters, Monica Greeno of Hubbards and Cherri (Craig) Parry of Kitchener, ON; his son, Sheldon States of Falmouth; ten beautiful grandchildren; his sister, Debbie (John) McGrory of Kentville; his brothers, Fred (Rita) Greeno of Sudbury, ON and Dave (Donna) Greeno of Niagara Falls, ON; and many nieces and nephews. Gordon was predeceased by his brothers Donnie, Laurie and Raymond, in infancy.
