It is with great sadness that the family of the late Edward Patrick Roche announce his passing on Sunday September 21, 2014 at the age of 85 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his companion Marie Pardy; sons: Eddy (Patricia), Michael, and Bernard (Marcella); daughter Jean; grandchildren: Lucia, Rebecca, Roger, Jessica, Richard, Jessica, and Jacinda; sisters: Assumpta, Theresa (Stan) and Camilla, also a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Kathleen Carol Almon (2003), daughters Claire (1996) and Marguerite (2014); parents Frank and Gertrude Roche, and many brothers and sisters. In keeping with Edward’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Mass of Christion Burial will take place from the Cathedral of the Most Holy Redeemer, Mount Bernard Avenue on Wednesday September 24, 2014 at 10:30 a.m., officiated by Father Ambrose Hynes. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations in Edward’s memory may be made to the Echo Club.
