James E. 'Jimmy' Cass

Peacefully, with his good friends at his side, on Friday, Sept. 19, 2014.
James of Peterborough, in his 72nd year. Son of the late Hilda R. (Murphy) & John A. Cass. Brother of Betty Cass, Rita Monica Cass and the late John M. Cass. Loving uncle of Larry, Lloyd, Monica, Margaret and Susan. James will be remembered by his best friends, Wayne & Imelda Kelly, Tommy & Pauline Taylor, Kevin & Cathy Cardwell, Stefannie Large, Angie Weir and son Trevor and Chad Scriver.
Retired from Outboard Marine. A longtime officer with sea cadets, James also enjoyed acting and volunteering with the Peterborough Theatre Guild.
A Celebration of James’ life will be held in Cape Breton at a later date.
