Peacefully at the Provincial Palliative Care Unit on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 of Eric E. MacRae of Charlottetown, age 74 years.
Beloved husband of Mary (nee Farquharson). Loving father of Scott (Carmen), Martha (Mike) Ford and Duane (Cindy). Poppy to Christopher and Nicholas. Brother of Karen Thompson and brother-in-law of Lloyd (Jennie) Farquharson and Jerry Connors. Predeceased by his parents, Elmer and Beth MacRae; brother-in-law, Ralph Thompson; and sister-in-law, Ishbel Connors. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral from Zion Presbyterian Church on Saturday at 10 a.m. Interment in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
Family flowers only, however if so desired, memorials to Zion Church Century Fund or the Hospice Palliative Care Association would be appreciated.
