The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Tuesday, October 14, 2014, of Ralph Arthur Gallant of Summerside, aged 73 years. Ralph was born in Fortune Cove to his late parents Arthur and Helen (nee Arsenault) Gallant. Beloved husband of Alodie (nee Bernard) Gallant. Survived by his sisters Aldona (Ken) Jollimore of Kensington and Faye (Wayne) Jewell of Riverview, N.B., and several nieces and nephews. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside, until Monday, Oct. 20, for a funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place in St. Philippe & St. Jacques Cemetery, Egmont Bay. Memorial donations in Ralph’s memory to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
