A Memorial service for the late Thomas J. Murphy of La Mirada, California and Seafoam, Pictou County, NS will be held at the Bethel Presbyterian Church, Scotsburn, Pictou County on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Lara Scholey officiating.
Mr. Murphy was born August 2, 1925 in Port Hood, NS, to the late Patrick Murphy and Muriel (Tully) Murphy, he died in La Mirada on May 31, 2014.
He is survived locally by his brother Patrick L. Murphy (Elinor), Pictou, NS, the family of his late wife Barbara (Harris)(MacPhail) Murphy and close friend Kay Wilson.
