Passed away peacefully at the Golden Years Retirement Home, Cambridge, ON, Alphonsus Kavanagh, formerly of Bell Island, NL. Predeceased by his wife Dorothy Morgan, parents Edward and Margaret Kavanagh, brothers Joseph and Robert Kavanagh. Leaving to mourn two sons: Al Jr. (Bridget, children Natasha & Adam), Toronto, ON, Stephen (children Kendra & Robert), Fergus, ON, partner and best friend Diane Baker and her family, Cambridge, ON; brother Don (Barbara), Mississauga, ON; sisters: Mary Craig (Aiden), St. John's, NL, Carmel O'Keefe, Florida, Madeline Fitzpatrick (Vince, deceased), Georgetown, ON, Frances Clarke (Eli, deceased), Toronto, ON, Veronica Biladeau (Yvan), Cambridge, ON. Cremation has taken place. Funeral service to take place Tuesday, November 25, 3 p.m. at Barthel Funeral Home, Cambridge, ON. In lieu of flowers donations to the Cancer Society are graciously accepted.
