SMITH, GEORGE VICTOR - 1947 - 2014 - George Victor Smith, of Moncton, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at the age of 67 years. George was a very quiet and patient man. He was known by many for driving his bike all over the greater Moncton area collecting recyclable bottles. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. He will be forever remembered by many people at the 500 Elmwood Dr. Residence and by his friend Dorice Leger who knew him for over 30 years and who voluntarily cared for him over the years.
A graveside interment will be held at Elmwood Cemetery in the spring where he will be laid to rest with his brother Jimmy.
