Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, November 23, 2014, Mr. Kenneth Mercer of Coley's Point, aged 88 years. Predeceased by parents Joseph and Flora Mercer of Upper Island Cove, spouse Beatrice and sister-in-law Evelyn, as well as siblings John, Jim, Freeman and Susan. Leaving to mourn sister Hazel (Max) Mercer of Bay Roberts, several nieces and nephews and a circle of friends. Funeral service to take place on Friday, November 28, 2014 at 11:00 AM from St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, Coley's Point with inurnment to follow at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Cemetery, Coley's Point. In lieu of flowers, donation may be made in his memory to St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, Coley's Point.
