MARTIN KEITH JOHN MIDDLETON. Passed away on November 26, aged 72, in Lunenburg, after a long illness. The eldest son of Keith and Barbara (Beney) Middleton, Martin was born in Vancouver. After graduating from West Vancouver High School, he had a career as a naval lieutenant serving on the HMCS Protecteur and at HMCS Brunswicker. His naval career led him to Nova Scotia where he made his home at Three Mile Plains after retirement from the navy. He worked at Windsor Regional High School for a number of years. Martin was predeceased by a brother, Murray. He is survived by his brother, Michael, Hebbville, NS, and sister Muffet Kirk (Neil) of North Vancouver, two nieces and a nephew. In failing health, Martin spent the last two years at Harbour View Haven in Lunenburg. There will be no funeral. Cremation under the direction of Sweeny Funeral Home, Bridgewater.
