It is with sadness that we, the family, announce the peaceful passing of Alice Graham on Friday, Nov. 28, 2014 at the Glace Bay Hospital.
Born in Dominion, she was the daughter of the late William and Josephine (O’Neil) Graham.
She was a graduate of Mount St. Bernard College and St. Martha’s School of Nursing. She was a faithful member of Immaculate Conception Church, Bridgeport.
Alice is survived by her sister, Margaret Steele and sister-in-law, Ethel Graham; many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by brothers Daniel, William, Harvey, Rev Joseph; sisters Mary and Sr. Teresa Graham.
Visiting hours will take place on Monday, Dec. 1, from 3-5 p.m. at Curry’s Glace Bay Funeral Home, 775 Main St. Cremation will follow the visitation. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, Dec. 3, 11 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church. The Rev Daniel Boudreau will be officiating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
