It is with great sadness that the family of Marguerite Foote of Burin announces her passing at Burin Peninsula Health Care Center on Sunday November 30th, 2014 at the age of 81 years.

Leaving to mourn sons Gordon Francis (Donna) of Burin, Howard Francis (Ann) of Burin, Glenn Francis (Rebecca Hollett) of Bellevue, Boyd Francis (Joan) of Burin, Sandy Francis (Mary) of Burin; daughters Vera (Ralph Hodder) of Marystown, Rose (Dave Hooper) of Burin, Judy (Michael Billard) of Burin, Irma (Bill Matthews) of Wareham, Joanne (Hughie Taylor) of Brooks AB, Janice (John Taylor) of Burin; 25 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren; sisters Shirley Beck and Elizabeth Drake and sister-in-law Ursula Marshall, brother Eleazer Martain plus a large circle of other family and friends.

Predeceased by first husband Ernest Francis, second husband Albert Foote, daughter Sylvia Francis and grandson Rodney Hodder and great-grandson Grayson Moore.
Father Cecil Critch officiated Funeral Mass from the St. Patrick's RC Church, Burin on Thursday December 4, 2014 at 2PM with interment following at RC Cemetery, Fox Cove

Pallbearers were Boyd Francis, Sandy Francis, Glenn Francis, Howard Francis, Tanya Banfield and Jennifer Francis.
Crossbearer was Ryan Billard.
