FLOYD, CECIL - It is with sadness the family announces the death of Cecil Nelson Floyd, of Titusville, NB, husband of Barbara (Corner) Floyd which occurred on Tuesday, December 8, 2014, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Cecil was born on April18, 1932, the son of the late Harold and Lila (Campbell) Floyd. Cecil is survived by his wife, Barbara; one daughter Jean and her husband Gary Moore of Otter Lake, NB; three sons Gary and his wife Valerie Floyd of Titusville, NB, Jim and his wife Lynn Floyd of Salt Springs, NB and Timothy and his wife Tanya Floyd of Titusville; one brother Russell and his wife Audrey Floyd of Sussex, NB; fifteen grandchildren and twenty one great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by one daughter Judith and one son Jeff in infancy, six brothers George, Percy, Donald, Hallie, Adophus and Earl and one sister Lucy Law.
He is resting at Reid’s Funeral Home, 1063 Main Street, Hampton, (506) 832-5541, with visiting on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Funeral service, conducted by Bud Belyea, will be held on, December 11, 2014, at 11:00 AM, from Reid’s Funeral Home Chapel, followed by interment in Salt Springs community Cemetery.
