Lloyd Douglas Raine went to be with his beloved Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on Saturday, December 6th, 2014, at the age of 81 years. He and his wife served as missionaries in India for 38 years. Lloyd will be greatly missed by his wife, Hazel; sons, Randy (Loree) and Philip (Pearl); daughter, Brenda (Merv) Hartley, 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; brother, Don (Esther); sisters, Aileen and Lois; and many nieces and nephews. A Time of Visitation for Family and Friends will be held on Monday, December 15th, 2014 from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the Hillcrest Apostolic Church, 1550 Main St N, Moose Jaw, SK. Interment will follow in Rosedale Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. A Celebration of Lloyd’s Life will be held at Hillcrest Apostolic Church at 1:30 p.m. with Reverend Allan Ironside officiating. In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorial donations may be made to Global Outreach Mission (for Ahoban Bengali Radio Broadcast), Box 1210, St. Catharines, ON L2R 7A7.
