DeGrasse, Frances E. – age 91 years of Halifax, passed away peacefully on December 10, 2014 at the Halifax Infirmary. Born on September 22, 1923; she was the only child of the late Kidd and Aleta (Harris) Campbell. She was an avid bridge player, a crafts person and loved cooking and travelling. Left with fond and loving memories are her sons David and his wife Crystal of Halifax, Brian of Sackville; grandchildren Jennifer and her husband Jeff of Ottawa and their children Grace and Aubrey, Michael and his wife Alexa of Dartmouth and their son Louka. Predeceased by her husband Ralph and grandson Luke. In keeping with her wishes cremation has taken place and a private graveside service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Frances made to “Lukes Landing”, c/o the IWK Children’s Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated by her family.
