MURRAY, RAYE - Raye Edward Murray of Chipman passed away at the Chalmer’s Regional Hospital on December 20th, 2014 at 69. Raye was born on November, 15th, 1945 son of the late Edward (Pearl Bishop) Murray. He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Donna (neeLegassie); sons, Kevin (Joanne) of Sarnia, ON, Corey (Kymm) of Sarnia ON and Jason (Megan) of Grand Prairie, AB; sisters, Anna (Bruce Fidler) Clark, Connie Webber, Edna (Clifford) Pollock and Doreen (Brant) Haddon; grandchildren, Kyle, Lindsey, Alyssa, Sydney and Devon; many nieces and nephews. Raye was predeceased by his sisters, Grace Cassidy, Joan Johnston, Blanche Dickinson and Elsie Wilson; brothers, Lloyd and Daryl.
Resting at Chipman Funeral Home Ltd. & Crematorium (28 Northrup Drive, Chipman - 339-6612) where family will receive comfort on Monday, December 22nd, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. Funeral Service will be held from the Chipman United Church on Tuesday December 23rd, 2014 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Betty-Jean Friedman officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Raye can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
