Passed peacefully away at Dr. Albert O’Mahony Memorial Manor, Clarenville on Monday, December 15, 2014, Claribel Avery of Deep Bight, aged 97 years. Predeceased by husband Olan, brothers Gilbert and Harry Short; sisters Mable English and Florence Stapleton. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are her brother-in-law Jim English; many nieces and nephews, special friends Edgar and Yvonne Avery; and a large circle of family and friends. Rested at Trinity United Church, Deep Bight. Funeral service 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at Trinity United Church with interment at Deep Bight Cemetery .
