ROACH, RUTH - On Sunday, December 21st, 2014, Ruth slipped away peacefully while surrounded by family members at the Victoria Glen Manor in Perth-Andover, NB. Ruth was born in Four Falls, NB on October 8th, 1922. She and her twelve siblings were children of the late Wood Alexander and Annie May (Scott) Murchison. She is predeceased by all her siblings and her husband, Leonard A. Roach. She is survived by her four children; Doug and Roger (Shirley) Roach; both of Four Falls, NB, Barb (Chris) Zeagman of Huntsville, ON, and Lennie (Janice) of Toronto. She is also survived by six grandchildren; Woody, Judy, Allen, Nathaniel, Bronwen, and Kendra; four great-grandchildren, Douglas (Beth), Ashley (Steve), Dylan (Deneace), Madilyn, MacKenzie, Naomi, and Natalie; as well as three great-great-grandchildren, Josh, Hallie, and Jaxson.
Visitation will be held at Brunswick Funeral Home on Monday, December 29th, 2014 from 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 30th, 2014 at 11 am from the Brunswick Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. David Ferrell officiating. Interment will be in St. John the Evangelist Anglican Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of the donor’s choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
