It is with great sadness that the family of the late Calvin Clarke announce his passing on Monday, December 29th 2014 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 87. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 63 years Dorothy, daughter Susan (Jim) Fallon; St Johns, grandsons: Ryan (April), Kyle, sisters: Sadie Dredge, Claris Crewe, Joyce Merchant, sister in law Sylvia (Robert) Wells, brothers in law: Harry (Mary) Hare and Clayton (June) Hare, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Hayward and Evangeline Clarke, brother Arthur Clarke, brothers in law: John Dredge, Edwin Crewe, Nigel Merchant, Harold Cross, sister in law Jean Clarke and mother and father in law Louis and Elizabeth Hare. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake on Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9PM, the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 31st from St Michael and all Angels Anglican Church in Deer Lake at 2 PM with Bishop Leonard Whitten officiating. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Wight’s Road.
