LEBLANC, Patricia Chandler - 75, of Halifax, passed away on December 22, 2014 in the QEII Hospital. Born in Falmouth, NS, she was the only child of Arthur and Millie (Dimock) Wilson.
Pat graduated from Acadia University and Nova Scotia Teachers’ College and then began her teaching career in Hebron and Yarmouth schools where she touched many students lives. She taught Math and Geology for over 30 years before retiring and moving to Halifax to be closer to her daughters.
Pat had a heart of gold, endless patience, enormous generosity and believed that everyone deserved a chance. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, crafts and loved animals.
She is survived by her children, Bruce LeBlanc (Enzo, NWT), Heather (Tim), Halifax and James (Nadine), Hay River, NWT; 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. She was predeceased by her daughter, Lisa.
No visitation or memorial service by request.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the SPCA.
