SINGER, Lawrence Nelson “Larry” C.D. – 82, Truro formerly of Shubenacadie, passed away peacefully in the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro, on December 30, 2014. Born in North Salem, he was a son of the late Currie and Florence (Nelson) Singer. He was dedicated to the R.C. H.A. for 21 years, he retired in 1972. He is survived by sons Laurie (Margaret), Steve (Debbie) and Michael; daughter Janice Singer; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters Dorothy MacDonald, Margaret Ellis and Sheila Mills; brothers Vernon Singer, Clarence Singer and Keith Singer. He was predeceased by brothers Bill and Orrie, sisters Helen, Lena, Shirley and Frances. Cremation has taken place under the care of Ettinger Funeral Home. Visitation 7-9pm, Friday with funeral service 3pm, Saturday, January 3, 2015 both in Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie, Rev. Martin Reid officiating.
