The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Saturday, Jan. 3, 2015, of Louis Joseph Perry at the age of 82 from Le Chez-Nous, Wellington, and formerly from St. Raphael. Louis was born on Nov. 7, 1932, in Richmond, son of the late Emmanual and Alma (nee Gallant) Perry. He was husband to the late Mary (nee Gallant) Perry and to his second wife, Claire Gallant. Louis is survived by his loving children: Nancy (David) Ead of Lower Sackville, N.S., David (Linda) Perry of Summerside, Shirley (Alfred) Bernard of St. Hubert, Sandra (Don) Jeffrey of Richmond, and step-children: Della (Gary) Lynch of Mount Pleasant, Pam (John) Arsenault of St. Raphael, Paula (Ernest) Gallant of St. Raphael, Joanne (Alphonse) Arsenault of Wellington, Ronnie (Agnes) Arsenault of St. Raphael and Judy (Joe) Arsenault of St. Raphael. Louis will be forever remembered by his sisters Mary Gaudet of Miscouche, Julia (Euclide) Arsenault of St Raphael, Beatrice Arsenault of Wellington, and by sister-in-laws Sadie Arsenault, Pauline Gallant, Ethel Anderson and Kay Saunder. He will be lovingly remembered by his numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents, his two wives, brothers Théodore, Alyre, Ben, Prospere and Léo and brother-in-laws Leonard, Edward, Albert and sister-in-law Flowrence. Resting at the Evangeline Co-op Funeral Home, Urbainville, until Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2015, then to the Immaculate Conception Church in Wellington where funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place in the church receiving vault. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, Jan. 5, from 6 to 9 p.m. only.
