1918-2015. Passed peacefully away at the Pentecostal Senior Citizens Home, Clarke's Beach on January 12, 2015 Mary Louise Sparkes (Antle) of Shearstown, aged 96 years. Louise was a long time partner with her husband Garfield (2003) in the farming business in Shearstown. Predeceased by husband Garfield, daughter Emmie Evans, grandson Ken Ash and parents Obadiah and Laura (Vaters); three sisters and four brothers. Leaving to mourn: daughters: Sylvia (Don) Ash, Marilyn (Harold) Keene, Fay (Glenn) Rowe; sons Byron (Sandra) Sparkes and Carl (Donna) Sparkes. Son-in-law Albert Evans. Grandchildren: Lloyd (Karen) Ash, Peter (Chantal) Ash, Robert Ash, Denise (Greg) Evans, Brad (Emily) Evans, Gillian (Ryan) Fritzsche. Great-Grandchildren: Kaitlin and Rebecca Ash, Olivia and Ethan Fritzsche, Lauren Ash, Grayson and Wyatt Evans. Resting at Moore's Funeral Home, Bay Roberts.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, January 15, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday, January 16, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Funeral service will take place from Bethel Pentecostal Church, Bay Roberts on Friday, January 16, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery, Bay Roberts. Flowers respectfully accepted or in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Louise's memory to Daffodil Place.
