Passed peacefully away at Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Tuesday, January 20, 2015, Augustine Pickett of Clarenville, formerly of Fogo, aged 67 years. Predeceased by his father Frank; son Kenneth and Danny; brother-in-law Alonzo Penton. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories his daughters Kelly Broaders (Jerry), Joe Batts Arm, Tracy Freake (Cory), C.B.S., Lana Maloney (John), Clarenville, Mary Pickett, Gander and Alora Pickett (Grant), Gander; sons Michael (Krista), Farro, Yukon, Dennis (Miranda), Corner Brook, Patrick (Angela), Clarenville, and Jamie, Clarenville; 15 grandchildren; his mother Mary Pickett; sisters Kit Hickey (Alec), Ontario, Lucy Penton, Joe Batts Arm and Madonna Brenndon (Phillip), Toronto, ON; brother Patrick Pickett (Linda), PEI; and a large circle of family and friends. Memorial service took place on Friday, January 21, 2015 at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville.
