Passed peacefully away at Tiffany Village on Friday February 6th, 2015, age 88 years. Predeceased by her husband Zwaantinus "Tinus" Lanning. Leaving to mourn daughters: Jeanette Laaning and Lauretta (Bob Brown); brother, Jans (Antje) Jeuring; sisters: Dini (Jan) Hogendorf, Willy (Jan) Klontje, all of Holland; also her many friends in Newfoundland. A very special thank you to the staff of Tiffany Village for their care and support for the past 1 ½ years. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will take place on Wednesday, February 11th, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at St. David's Presbyterian Church, Elizabeth Avenue, with a short reception following at St. David's Parish Hall.
