Joseph Brian “Joe” MacNeill of Dartmouth, N.S., passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 3, 2015, at the age of 67. Loving brother of George (Lynda), Linda Douglas and the late Marlene Arsenault. Dear uncle of Julie, Jeff, Kim, Lisa, and Raelene. Joe will be deeply missed by his extended family and many friends. Joe was a son of the late Wilfred and Francis MacNeill of Summerside, P.E.I.
