RAFUSE, CHARLES ARTHUR
Charles Arthur Rafuse, husband of June (nee Bateman) Rafuse of St. George, NB, passed away peacefully at the Fundy Nursing Home, Blacks Harbour, NB, on Wednesday, February 25th, 2015 at the age of 78. Born in Crousetown, NS, he was the son of the late Lawrence and Dorothy (nee Theriau) Rafuse.
Arrangements in the care of the St. George Funeral Home (755-3533) 26 Portage Street, St. George NB. Resting at the funeral home on Friday from 6:30 to 9:00 pm. A Masonic Tribute Service and an Order of the Eastern Star Tribute service will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 6:00 pm. Friends are invited to join the family in a Celebration of Charlie's Life held at Christ Church (Anglican), Pennfield on Saturday at 2 pm with Rev. Canon Keith Osborne officiating, followed by a gathering at the Masonic Hall in St. George. Interment will occur at a later date in the cemetery at St. Martin’s-in-the-Woods Anglican Church, Shediac Cape, NB.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Christ Church (Anglican) or a charity of choice would be greatly appreciated.
