GALLANT, JOAN W.
Joan W. Gallant, 91, of Canterbury Hall Riverview, formerly of Shediac River, passed away on February 22th, 2015. Born in London England on September 5th, 1923, she was the daughter of the late James Mitchell and Elizabeth Legassik of London England.

She will sadly missed by her three daughters: Pauline Vosburgh of St. Antoine, Rosalind Gallant of Montreal, Joanie Gallant of Moncton; four sons: Philip of Ottawa, Michael and Robert both of Montreal and Raymond of Shediac River; seven grandchildren: Holly, Donald, Richard, Stephen, Emily, Jordan, Nicholas; two great grandchildren: Aedan and Dominic. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Apart from her late husband Ulysse (1994), she was predeceased by one daughter: Denise Gallant-Stewart, one sister: Lil and four brothers: Len, Charlie, Jack and Jim.

No visitation or funeral until later this summer where family and friends will celebrate Joan’s life.

In memory of Joan, a donation to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.

Cremation and funeral arrangements are under the direction of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Shediac (532-3297).
