Passed away suddenly on Thursday, February 26th at St. Clare's Hospital, age 79. Leaving to mourn her loving husband of 53 years, Gerald; daughter, Elizabeth (Philip); sons, Stephen (Norine), Jerry (Patti), and Michael (Lois); seven wonderful grandchildren whom she loved and enjoyed, Matthew (Melissa), Sarah, Julia, Peter, Olivia, Ryan and Mitchell; mother, Joyce Chipman; sisters, Jean Suttie (Boyd) and Verna Smith (Boyd); brother, Max Bishop (Cloe). Predeceased on February 24, 2015 by her sister, Cavell Deering. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, with visitations 6:00-8:00 pm on Saturday, February 28, and 2:00-5:00 pm on Sunday, March 1. Funeral service will be Monday, March 2, at 2:00 pm at St. Mark's Anglican Church on Logy Bay Road. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mark's Anglican Church.
