MAILLET, ROSE-ANNE
1918 - 2015
Rose-Anne Maillet, 97, of the Manoir Saint-Jean-Baptiste in Bouctouche, passed away peacefully at the Manoir, on Wednesday March 4th, 2015. She was married to the late Zoel Maillet of Bouctouche. Born in Glace Bay, Cape Breton, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and the late Marie (Chiasson) Doucet.

Rose-Anne lived in Bouctouche most of her life, she was employed with the Edmond Collette General Store and the Bouctouche Co-op. She was also a volunteer for the Bouctouche Golden Age Club.
She will be sadly missed by her children; Herman (Maria) , Marie-Mai Butera , both of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, Janice (Yvon) of Hudson, MA, six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by three sisters; Jeannette LeBlanc (Philippe), Sr Cecile n.d.s.c., Tilda (Marie) Brazel (John) and one brother, Bernard (Marie).

Visitations will be held at the Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église in Bouctouche, on Monday March 9th, 2015 from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9pm and on Tuesday from 9 to 10:45am. The Funeral Mass will be held in the Saint-Jean-Baptiste Roman Catholic Church in Bouctouche on Tuesday March 10th, 2015 at 11:00am.

In Rose-Marie’s memory a donation can be made to the Manoir Saint-Jean-Baptiste or to the Alzheimer Society.
