It is with great sadness that the family of the late ROBERT WM. GRANDY of Grand Bank announces his passing at the Waterford Hospital in St. John’s, on Saturday, February 28, 2015, at the age of 81. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are wife, Eleanor Grandy of St. John’s; son, Neil Grandy (Colleen) of Toronto, ON; sisters, Stella Follett of Grand Bank and Joan Snook (Maxwell) of Grand Bank; brothers, Azariah Grandy (Bessie) of Grand Bank, Leonard Grandy (Addie) of Grand Bank and Lloyd Grandy (Marion) of B.C.; 1 grandchild, Robbie Grandy; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by parents, Clyde & Esther Grandy; daughters, Hilda Mavis Grandy & Barbara Grandy; sister, Sabina Hollett.

The Funeral Service took place from Wiseman’s Funeral Home in Fortune, on Wednesday, March 4, at 2:00 p.m. Interment followed at the Salvation Army Cemetery in Grand Bank. In Robert’s memory donations may be made to The Janeway Foundation or flowers gratefully accepted.
