We, the family of the late Mary Catherine MacGillivary, would like to thank our relatives, friends, neighbors and co-workers, for the support and kindness shown to us in so many ways. Your condolences, sympathy and Mass cards, emails, flowers, food and donations made in Mom’s memory, were greatly appreciated. We are grateful for the kindness and care given to mom over the years by Dr. Greg Myatt and Janice Black RN. To the palliative care staff our thanks. Many thanks to Hugh, Suzanne and staff at the Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy on Prince Street. To Pat Morrison and the VON staff we send our deep appreciation for the care and compassion given to Mom the past few years. Our thanks to New Dawn caregivers. Thank you to Father Maroun for his blessing. Sincere thanks to Father Jim Oliver of St. Theresa’s Parish who officiated at Mom’s Funeral Mass. Thanks also to St Theresa’s choir, altar servers, and Eucharistic ministers. Our readers, Mariah and Abbie, Gramma would have been very proud. To Mom’s pallbearers, Del MacKinnon and Delores Horne, our thanks. Thank you to Bill Curry and staff of Parkview Chapel for their professionalism and support during this time. Special thanks to Agnes Sweeney who gave Mom kindness, caring, companionship and humor these past few years. To each and everyone who made it possible for Mom to stay at home we are forever grateful. For those we may have missed be sure you will be remembered and your acts of kindness will be with us forever.
