Peacefully, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Friday, April 3, 2015 of Catherine “Cathy” McCormack (nee Abbott) of Charlottetown , age 63 years.
Beloved wife of Lynn and loving mother of Denine (Brian) Hancock, Rob (Dianne), Lani and Mark (Chrissie) McCormack. Grammie to Dawson, Dylan, Cody, Gemma, Josh, Tyler and Kale. Sister of Elizabeth (David) Clay, Charlie (Judy) Abbott, John (Kendra) Abbott, Doug (Brenda) Abbott, David (Linda) Abbott and Jane (Rick) Kennedy.
Survived by mother-in-law Patricia McCormack, brothers-in-law Kevin (Colleen) and Shawn (Erin) and sister-in-law Carol (Chris) Murray. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents George and Mary Abbott and father-in-law Danny McCormack.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Wednesday from Zion Presbyterian Church at 11 a.m. Interment later in Sherwood Cemetery. If so desired memorials to The Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Oncology Unit would be appreciated.
