Passed peacefully away at the Long Term Care Nursing Home on Friday, April 3, 2015. Myra Strickland aged 93 years. Predeceased by her husband: Chesley, son: Kevin and three grandchildren. Leaving to mourn are sons: Leslie (Lillian), Chesley Jr. (Mary-Lou), Edgar (Lorriane), David, Harvey (Daphne), Charlie (Donna), daughter: Emmie (Levi), fourteen grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren, as well as many other relatives and friends. Special thanks to Gord, Aiden and Billijo from Long Term Care Nursing Home. There will be no visitation or funeral service. Interment will take place at the Anglican Cemetery, Forest Road on Friday, April 10, 2015 at 10:00 am. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Care Foundation.
