It is with sadness that the family of David Gaudette Sr. announces his passing, which occurred on May 1st, 2015 at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
David was born in Saint John on July 9th, 1934, and was a bus driver with Saint John Transit (formerly City Transit), and then moved to Toronto and worked for the Toronto Transit Commission, from where he retired.
He is survived by his sons Darrell (Debbie), David Jr (Debbie), and Brian, daughters Krista (Shawn), Julia, and Jennifer, 11 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. David was pre-deceased by a son, Michael, and a grandson, Nikolas.
In keeping with David’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. Interment will take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, with his parents. The funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424).
