Died peacefully at the St. Catharine’s General Hospital, St. Catharine’s Ont., on Sunday, April 19, 2015, at the age of 75 years.
Dear father of Jo-Ann and her husband Kelly Souchereau of Middle Sackville. Grandfather of Harrison and Katherine.
Jack is survived by siblings, James (Frances), Lorne, Bazil (Pat), Rebecca (Hector) DiPersio, Elva King, Eileen Moore, and former wife Gwen (nee Holmes).
He was predeceased by his sisters, Mae Ivey and Millie Coady, and brothers, Raymond, Alex and William.
Thank you to the doctors and nurses and a special thank you to Rhonda Warkentin for her care and support. Cremation has taken place. A service to celebrate Jack’s life will be held at Holy Family Church, Sydney Mines on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 10 a.m. Inurnment will take place at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Sydney Mines.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
