We, the family of the late Patricia Vivian Power, wish to express our deepest gratitude to our relatives, friends and neighbors for their many acts of kindness and compassion during our recent sad loss. We are grateful to all who visited, phoned, travelled distances, sent food, Mass cards, flowers, sympathy cards, memorial donations, letters and who attended Mom’s Memorial Mass. Thank you to the nurses and staff of the Cape Breton Regional Hospital Emergency Dept., Palliative Care, Northside General Hospital 4 East and the Cove Guest Home. Thank you to Dr. Bill MacDonald, Dr. John Archibald, Dr. Anne Francis D’Intino and Dr. Laith Shimon. To Father Patrick O’Neil for the beautiful service and tribute to Mom, choir, organist Marlene Bailey, Melissa MacIsaac for her musical solo and violinist Colin Grant who’s music brought such comfort. To altar servers, readers, Chad, Michael and Cory, thank you. To Kellyann for her special poem and tribute to her grandmother. To the ladies who provided lunch afterwards and the staff of W.J. Dooleys for their care and professionalism. To Hughena and Carol for their support and to all who helped in any way, your kindness will always be remembered.
