The funeral for Donna Alexis Routledge was held Wednesday April 29,2015 in St. Mary's Anglican Church with Reverand Myrna MacMullin officiating. Words of comfort were given by daughter Tanya Routledge. Amazing Grace was played on the violin by granddaughter Alexis Mundle. Scriptures were read by sister Ruth Clarke and friend Elaine MacQueen. Psalm 23 was read by niece Tara White. Soloist Jack MacQueen accompanied by organist Jimmy McNeil sang "You Raise me up". Everyone in attendance were chosen to be honourary pallbearers.
Donna's family would like to extend a thank you to all who provided support during our time of sorrow. A special thank you to Pattens Funeral Home, Reverend Myrna MacMullin, the St.Mary's church choir and ladies auxiliary, Dr. Stephen Hall, Dr. Bentley, Dr. Grimshaw, Dr. Kieser, Dr. Dolhanty, and The Cape Breton Cancer centre.
