It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Frederick Mercer age 67 years, surrounded by his loving family at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Wednesday, May 13, 2015. Survived by his loving children: Dwayne (Amanda), Amanda (Shaun), Tina, Fred (Jonna), Anne Marie (Tim), Mike (Bonnie); grandchildren: Adam, Dakota, Dylan, Brandon, Tim, Kyle, Savannah and Nathan; brothers: Charlie (Sylvia) and Francis; sister Jenny; also many other friends and relatives. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue form 10-9 pm on Friday, May 15, 2015, then on Saturday, May 16, 2015 from 10am-2pm. Funeral service to be held from Barrett's Chapel on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 2 pm with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road.
