With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Michael Paul Gallant at the age of 47 years, at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Thursday, May 14, 2015, from St. Gilbert. He was born at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on March 2, 1968, to Paul and Aldina (Caissie) Gallant. Michael is survived by his brother Jamie (Yvette) Gallant and their children, Evan and Marissa as well as numerous uncles and aunts. He was predeceased by his grandparents and uncle Freddie. Resting at the Evangeline Co-op Funeral Home, Urbainville, until Tuesday, May 19, with visiting hours from 7 to 9 p.m. then for a funeral service at the funeral home at 9 p.m. Memorial donations in Michael’s memory to the dialysis unit at the Prince County Hospital or to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
