Born in Freetown Feb. 13, 1934, daughter of the late Fred and Elizabeth (Drummond) Stetson. Wife of the late Cecil H. Parsons. Mother of David Parsons (Louise Arsenault) Spring Valley. Grandmother to Leanne (Matthew) DesRoche, Kimberly MacDonald, Leslie MacDonald, Jennifer, Nicole and Christopher Arsenault. Great-grandmother to several great-grandchildren. Sister of Margaret Stetson, Summerside, Melvin (Grace) Stetson, South Freetown and Chester Stetson, South Freetown. Aunt of Karen (Noel) MacFarlane, John (Shelley) Stetson and Kevin (Katherine) Stetson. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home for visitation on Tuesday evening from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Funeral Wednesday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 10 a.m. Interment in the Freetown People’s Cemetery.
